New Deeds in Celebrating Fiesta in Vigan
C elebrating of various festivals and celebrations that bring families and friends together in the midst of COVID 19 Pandemic is the best. We all knew that interacting and not following the social distancing make things worse to worst because we cannot see the virus nor touch nor smell nor hear. These January 25 we celebrate the Fiesta of Vigan City that commemorates the town’s patron saint, St. Paul the Apostle but there is no parade, no beauty contests, no cultural shows and others that makes the Fiesta of Vigan memorable just because of this pandemic but w e grew up celebrating this festival and trying to make the fiesta enjoyable without disobeying the rules.
